One of the principle reasons which i think that  i would improve my performance in the CATW is that i would do a better brainstorming  each time that i do a essay.Many students do not know how to do a good brainstorming in his or her essays. Other point  is that we should learn to do a good summary in our essays. Many students make many mistakes in grammar too. Other good idea is that the student  check many times her or his essay and the student do a review of his of her essay many time.
Other way in which i will improve my performance in the CATW is that i would go in tutoring to receive extra help. I think that many students need read and follow instructions of the professor in the class. In conclusion many students would improve her or his essays if they would have how to routine  study every day in class  and in home.

People do better their task when they do single tasks and multi-tasking peers do poor task. According to the author there are many methods to get good  concentration. for example yoga and acupunture these methods are effective according to the author. these methods are effective  to people who want to have a good concentration. there  is a strong evidence  that our brain does better  when performnig task in sequence rather than all at once. In this time people people do much multi-tasking, when we the people do much multi-tasking in their job, they have poor performance.
According  to the author our  our brain have cognitive limits.in this article the author talk us that many people talking on the phone while driving. this  is  a terrible mistake other point is texting while driving, this is some crazy.
I think that when one person pay  attention  only in other thing and they  do not do multi -tasking. they can have better performance in their jobs. If we are doing multiple task at the same time their jobs will be poor. the author want to teach  that  people doing multiple tasks can not  do  a better performance.
According to the report in a recent experiment at Stamford university, the single-taskers did significalty better than their multi-tasking peers.
In conclusion is better do a thing well done that multiple tasks bad done. our brain works better with  single-taskers that with multi tasking peers
The author refers that we should pay our focus in one thing not in many things. if we want to do a excellent performance we will have to do our jobs  in sequences.

Fat food is an object of criticism by nutritionist and  dietitians in our society. According to the author Jung black men eat more fast food, this is a terrible reality because they are eating not healthy food, they eat fat -food which it has much cholesterol, these  people are eating poor food in protein. The most interesting idea in this article is that the author want  to teach us how fast food is not healthy.I can say that  that I  agree with the author in his commentary because all it is true.
I never realized that eat-fast food will be a dietetic horror to the people. One things this article remember me  is that many kids enjoy fast-food  how for example they eat MacDonald's. these foods are fat oil. For this reason in our community there are many children over weight. After reading this article, I think people should  eat healthy because fast food might be not healthy. i agree with the author because it is our reality, people do not care his or her health,fast food produce many illness in our body.
Last many people gain weight eating fast-food too. Customers are cheerfully encouraged to "super-zise your  meal" by signs saying,,  "if we do not recommend a superzise,the superzise is free ".
In conclusion there are many advertisement and  commercials open to the public done by these big companies the reason of these commercials  is because  these companies want to have many customers

According with the author Terry, black people are the group poorer in the U.S.A Black people   necessity to  help of the government and  He author consider theses reasons: Black  people have  a historic bond with the environment. Black people live in toxic places and it damage their health, they live in poor conditions. They do not have the same  access to healthy food. Many black students attend public schools located in contaminated sites.He author want to show with these cases the way in which live black people in U.S.A. Acording to the  bible people Jesus taught us  love first your God  and after your brother. I could read about the caws in this lecture and I can say that the way in which the farms give food to the animals  are very poor, because they give artifitial food their animals for example the baby cows are given artifitial milk, then they are given antibiotic hormones and many others things more these big farms are giving artifitial food to many animal in their farm.
I can see with this report the way in which they are grow for the farms. in the future i can see that our poblation will be eating not fresh food all the aliments will be artifitial.I can see that in the future   the foods would not have   vitamins or they will  not  be fresh they will have preservatives too.
we are seeing with our eyes this wich is happening in our earth. the government should  put the eyes in this reports because they teach us  the cruel reality  what is happening in this time this is not only with the caws, this is with all the animals.
In conclusion,we should  pay  attention  to the foods which  we eat
